What is Wunda Chair?

It is used for strength, balance, and flexibility training.

How often should I use the Wunda Chair?

Depending on your training, if you combine Pilates with Gym or Cardio, we would recommend at least twice a week. If you are just focusing on Pilates training we recommend a minimum of 3 times a week. We understand that everyone has a busy schedule, so how quickly you see results will depend on how often you’re able to commit to sessions.

 

 

Can anyone do Reformer Pilates?

​Pilates can be adapted to suit people of all ages and fitness levels, from complete beginners to experienced athletes. Whether you just want a new hobby, looking to recover from an injury, improve your endurance and performance in other sports, Pilates is a safe, fun and enjoyable form of exercise for both men and women.
