For prenatal clients 16 weeks + we have wedges for you to lay on as well as adaptations of exercises for you. Our instructors are pre/post natal trained and will be sure that you are safe during your workout.

Post natal, we require you to be 12 weeks post Partrum before starting.

How do I find the studio?

When you book, you receive a confirmation email with a very detailed description of location and directions. Please refer to this email when coming to the studio and if any issues call our contact number. We also have a guidance of drive times on our website and Instagram. Both studios are in great locations with many surrounding areas all within a max 15 mins drive.

Yes, both studios have FREE onsite parking right outside of the studios, they are both set on land with gated entrances.

How do I cancel my class?

We offer a 12 hour cancellation policy, please use our Sixth Soul Pilates app to cancel your session in good time. If you cancel within our 12 hour policy you will receive a class credit back to your account to rebook when suits, if you cancel out of the policy, unfortunately you lose your credit.
