Single sessions

​

Cancellation prior to 12 hours before session, you will receive a class credit to rebook.

​

Cancellation within 12 hours of your session, will result in loss of your session.

 

Block of 6 / 8 /10 sessions

​

Block session have to be used within the 45 days, starting from the date of purchase. 

​

Cancellation prior to 12 hours before session, you will receive a class credit to use within your 45 day period. If you cancel a class and aren’t able to rebook within your 45 day period you will unfortunately lose that session.

Cancellation within 12 hours of your session, will result in loss of your session.

 

Unlimited Sessions

To cancel / move a session you will need to download the sixth soul pilates app. 

We offer a 12 hour cancellation policy, if you cancel within the policy you will receive a class credit back to your account to rebook to another day and time that suits . If you cancel out of the policy unfortunately you will lose your session credit. We please ask no matter the time, that you cancel your session.

 

The studio has waitlists and this also will notifies the instructor who is taking the session so that they don’t wait or expect you. 

 

To move a session, you will need to cancel the exsisting booking which will then give your credit back to your account rebook to the correct date and time you would like to move to.

If you want to move a session on the day of your session to a different time and it’s out of the 12 hour policy, please contact us through the sixth soul pilates app or via email info@sixthsoulpilates.com we will assist you.
