A non-refundable deposit of £500 is required to secure your place on the retreat. Your booking is not confirmed until this deposit has been received.
The remaining balance must be paid in full by 30th June 2026. If the balance is not received by this date, your place may be offered to someone on the waitlist.

All deposits are non-refundable.
If you need to cancel your place after paying the final balance, refunds cannot be issued unless your space is filled by another guest. If we are able to re-sell your place, we will refund your balance.

​We strongly recommend all guests arrange comprehensive travel insurance to cover unexpected personal circumstances.

​In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or postpone the retreat, you will receive a full refund of all payments made.
We are not responsible for any additional costs you may incur (including flights, transport, or insurance).

Travel to and from the retreat is the responsibility of each guest.
Comprehensive travel insurance is compulsory and must cover health, personal accidents, lost or damaged property, cancellation, and any retreat activities you choose to participate in.

​By joining the retreat, you confirm you are in suitable physical and mental health to participate in all activities you choose to join.
You agree to disclose any relevant health conditions prior to the retreat so we can support you safely.
All activities—including Pilates, hiking, SUP experiences, swimming, and any optional sessions—are undertaken at your own risk.

We reserve the right to make small adjustments to the schedule, classes, instructors, or activities if necessary (for example, due to weather, safety conditions, or availability).
Any changes will always be made with the wellbeing and experience of our guests in mind.

​Accommodation is provided as described at the time of booking.
Guests are expected to respect the property, the staff, and other retreat participants. Any damages caused may incur an additional charge.

Photos and videos may be taken during the retreat for promotional purposes.
If you prefer not to be included, please let us know before the retreat begins.

We are not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal items. Please ensure valuables are stored safely and covered by your travel insurance.
