Pilates is a very safe and effective way to exercise during pregnancy as it is a low impact workout. It can offer several benefits for pregnant individuals, including improved core strength, flexibility, and posture. It can also help alleviate back pain, reduce stress, and promote relaxation. Additionally, Pilates exercises can aid in preparing the body for labor and delivery by strengthening the pelvic floor muscles.

Post Natal

Postnatal Pilates can provide numerous benefits for individuals who have recently given birth. Some of these benefits include helping to strengthen and tone the abdominal muscles, pelvic floor, and back muscles that may have been weakened during pregnancy and childbirth. It can also aid in improving posture, flexibility, and overall body awareness. Additionally, postnatal Pilates can assist in restoring core strength and stability, which is crucial for supporting the body as it recovers from the physical demands of pregnancy and childbirth. As always, it is recommended to consult with a healthcare provider before starting any postnatal exercise program to ensure safety and appropriateness for individual needs. We suggest you wait until you are 8/12 weeks Postnatal before joining.
