Retreat Terms & Conditions
1. Booking & Payment
A non-refundable £350 deposit is required to secure your place on the retreat. The remaining balance is due by Saturday 31st January 2026.
2. Deposit Policy
The £350 deposit is non-refundable unless we are able to resell your room. If the room is successfully resold, your deposit will be returned minus a £XX admin fee
3. Cancellations by the Guest
If you need to cancel your place, please notify us in writing as soon as possible.
– Deposits are non-refundable unless your room is resold.
– If cancellation is made after the final balance has been paid, refunds are only possible if your place can be filled by another guest.
– If we are unable to resell your place, no refund will be issued.
5. Changes by the Organiser
In the unlikely event that we need to make any changes to the schedule or offerings, we will notify you as soon as possible. We reserve the right to make reasonable adjustments if required.
6. Health & Participation
​By booking, you confirm that you are physically able to participate in Pilates sessions and activities. Please let us know of any injuries, health conditions, or accessibility needs before arrival.
​7. Additional Services
Massage therapy is available at an additional cost and must be booked directly during the retreat. These services are non-refundable once confirmed.
8. Personal Belongings
Guests are responsible for their own belongings throughout the retreat. We cannot accept liability for lost, damaged, or stolen items.
9. Behaviour & Respect
​We aim to create a warm, supportive, and respectful environment for all attendees. We reserve the right to ask any guest to leave if their behaviour impacts the wellbeing of others.
​10. Acceptance of Terms
By booking your place on the retreat, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
